A dairy, fish n chips, and pharmacy are directly across the road. Close to Westshore beach, Hawkes Bay Airport, and the extensive network of walking and cycling pathways. Westshore Pub is a 2 minute stroll down the road. Ahuriri and its cafes, bars, and restaurants are a 20-30 minute walk away.

One bedroom, self contained guest suite in Havelock North, 3 minute drive from the village. The guest house is underneath our home with its own entrance and patio and locked off from the main house. You will have use of your own full kitchen and bathroom. We live (and sometimes work) upstairs, so there is some foot noise but we try to keep this to a minimum when we have guests. Great morning sun and private patio. Please see photos of the stairs to access. We also have a cat that roams outside.

It is located in the back garden of our art deco home, with use of the hot tub and swimming pool (not heated). Close by are the delights of Napier including wineries, cafes, restaurants and art deco architecture. Push bikes are available for your use with Napier town centre 1.6km . Your hospitality experience is very important to us, so if you like cosy, a little bit quirky and waking up to birdsong, we would love to host you at our 102 year old home at 10 Burns.
