Our neighborhood lies between the Market District to the south and Bannerman Crossing to the North. There is shopping as well as many restaurants all around us. This home offers a split floor plan with the main living areas (kitchen, dining, living room, and half bath) downstairs and 3 spacious bedrooms upstairs. The master features a king size bed and private bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms (one with a twin over full size bunkbed and one with a queen sized bed and traditional desk/workspace) that shares a hall bathroom with a stand up shower and double vanities!

One of our favorite cafes, The Bada Bean, serves excellent breakfast and brunch and is just a few blocks down the street (walking distance).

Located in a quiet neighborhood and the middle of town. The house has been remodeled and I am working on a carport with a solar panel roof. There is some construction happening outside though not while guests are present.

This is a strict non-smoking space, no smoking is allowed on the property.
