Buiten staat een houten eettafel, voor de kinderen is er een trampoline, het huis is kindvriendelijk. Het huis bevindt zich op loopafstand van het centrum met winkels en restaurants. Het treinstation ligt op 1 km afstand. In een half uur bent u met de trein in Amsterdam. Binnen 20 minuten fiets u naar strand toe. Groepen jongeren onder de 20 zijn niet toegestaan.

Oostzaan is a Nice small village with supermarket and grocery shops on walking distance.
