The guesthouse is situated up upon a hill inside a 8,000 m2 private park full of Azaleas, Rhododendrons, and huge Chestnut Trees an easy 15 min. drive from either Arona or Stresa. Lakeside beaches, excellent restaurants and shopping facilities are within the close vicinity by car. A huge natural reserve with peaks offering panoramic views of lakes and alps can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The guesthouse's 60 m2 ground-floor apartment has an arcade covered patio and its own gardens.

Ti piacerà per la tranquillità e la vastità degli spazi, i panorami verso il lago e le montagne, l'intimità, il soffitto a vista, la comodità, l'ampio prato intorno. E’ una piccola casa di montagna, situata nel villaggio Le Crèt a 1770 m di quota, completamente ristrutturata. L’originale risale al 1700 circa e veniva utilizzata come Cappella del villaggio; la ristrutturazione è avvenuta mantenendo il più possibile lo stile e i materiali originali, compatibilmente con le necessità abitative moderne.
