A fixer-upper. The house is ready now with some ongoing projects. The house is one bedroom on top of a two-car garage so being able to climb steps is a must to enter the living space. The house is located in town. Less than a 5-minute stroll to the lake passing a coffee and ice cream shop, a consignment shop, an art gallery, etc. This is a great place to stay for the Harbor Town Weekend in September. Escape to our cozy cabin on the Thunder Bay River, just 15 minutes away from downtown Alpena. It offers 50 feet of water frontage, perfect for a variety of outdoor activities. Whether you're looking to kayak, fish, swim, or simply relax by the water, our cabin has it. In the summer months we do have an additional room in the cabin with a queen size bed and 4 Kayaks for your use.

My place is less than a block from Restaurants, an outdoor Splash Park, and beaches along Lake Huron. Within walking distance is a park with basketball and tennis courts, a bandshell for outdoor concerts in summer and more beach access. If you're looking for a night in, the backyard is private with a firepit and hot tub, or enjoy the game/activity room downstairs.
