Relax on the patio with a glass of wine and observe the wildlife,birds, deer, fox, javelina ~ just to name a few. In a short 3 minute drive you will be in downtown Marathon where you will find shopping at Front Street Books, Evans Gallery and Pitaya Verde. Stop by the famous White Buffalo Bar for an award winning margarita. Just a 45 minute drive to the entrance of Big Bend National Park where you will find incredible hiking, river rafting, bike riding as well as an opportunity to cross over into Mexico and Boquillas.

The house is air conditioned and heated, has wifi and a smart TV. There is one bedroom downstairs with a comfy queen sized bed and one loft bedroom upstairs with a queen sized bed and fun views. Tiny Cottage - Located in the heart of downtown Alpine, Texas, this separate, diminutive cottage (1 room and bath) was a teeny office (168sf) back in the day! The bed is only a 3/4 bed ( wider than a twin, but less wide than a double)! The TINY cottage is situated downtown, behind the locally owned salon and barber shop, Americana. Enjoy the Backyard, adjacent to the Dragonfly Cottage!
