The flat location is suitable both for those who like to have a panoramic walk or for those who rather prefer to take the car to explore the area. Principality of Monaco is 4 minutes away by car, while it takes 20 minutes to reach the border on foot. The Nice international airport is 35 mins away by car (34 km). A great transportation option to/from the airport is the Airport Express bus (# 110) which connects both Nice airport terminals to Menton and makes a stop 1 minute walking distance from my flat. The Bus #100 stops 1 minute from the flat (4 Chemins roundabout) and goes from Menton to Nice, passing through Monaco. PARKING --> The garage is a great plus of my flat as parking on the street in this area is quite difficult. L'alloggio e' raggiungibile dall'aereoporto internazionale di Orio al Serio (BG) e dista solo 45 km uscita dall'autostrada Palazzolo, Rovato o Brescia. Con il treno da Brescia per Sulzano con ferrovie Nord, lo stesso con i pullman con i traghetti, da Iseo o Sulzano Tutto l'appartamento è a vostra disposizione. io abito a pochi metri di distanza dall'alloggio e anche telefonicamente posso aiutarvi e consigliarvi nelle vostre necessità. L'alloggio è situato al centro del piccolo borgo di Peschiera Maraglio, a 50 metri dall'imbarcadero per fare il tour del lago. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti tutti i servizi, e a 300 metri si trovano la spiaggia pubblica e una fermata dell'autobus. L'isola (la più grande dei laghi europei) eletta tra i borghi piu’ belli d’Italia è collocata al centro del lago d'Iseo circondato da incantevoli montagne che si riflettono nello specchio d'acqua. Sulla cima è collocato il Santuario della Madonna della Ceriola da cui è possibile apprezzare la bellezza del paesaggio;nelle vicinanze il Castello Oldofredi risalente al '500 ed è possibile organizzare con traghetti privati il giro dell'isola e delle isolette di S. Paolo e Loreto. Particolarmente consigliate sono le passeggiate nei numerosi sentieri presenti sul territorio da fare sia a piedi che in bicicletta (con possibilità di noleggio direttamente sul posto).
