Met 15 min sta je in het centrum van Amsterdam. 5 min lopen naar de tramhalte en 10 min naar het trein station. Onze luxe studio is van alle gemakken voorzien. Een heerlijk Auping kingsize bed, airconditioning, wifi, tv met Netflix, verwarming en badkamer met stortdouche en wc douche. Een eigen tuintje en privé parkeerplek voor de deur! Je kunt ook een fiets huren voor 15,- euro per dag.

Je kunt gebruik maken van een waterkoker en koffiezet automaat en een koelkastje. Er is gratis koffie, thee, suiker en kruiden aanwezig. Je zult je hier gelijk thuis voelen!

Wonderfully all luxury built studio-apartment situated in an Amsterdam monument dated from 1540, that was rebuilt in 1675. The studio is located at a very quiet alley on “Blaeu Erf", nearby Dam Square, in the oldest part of Amsterdam City Centre. This modern furnished studio room has a nice area to sit, a sleeping area and a kitchenette (no stove). All with original 17e century beams. Located on the third floor, this apartment has a real cosy atmosphere to unwind after a day exploring.

Very central and so easy to reach and to explore from, in a quiet pocket of the the heart of the old center. Apartment is plug and play with all you might need, orientation tour is included (where to do groceries, eat and where not and other information you might need over the city etc.) I do not take groups in their 20ties or anybody coming for partying/festivals.

This authentic cozy studio apartment is part of a charming 17th-century canal house in the heart of Amsterdam! It also has its own entrance on the lowest floor. We prefer hosting non-cannabis smoking guests. Please note that the oven/microwave and the clothingdryer are located in the other part of the house. We live in the other part of the house and are available to help or inform you.
