This is a stand alone structure about 35ft from main house. Completion date was May20th starting operations 05/25/2022 thru Oct 15th. With a comfortable private master bedroom, private bath and 2 additional rooms, with guest bath, open concept kitchen/dining/living spaces, plus a 100sq deck, the Condo is sure to please.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This cozy studio feels like a peaceful cabin with the amenities of a home. A Queen platform bed in its private nook with custom shelving and the perfect relaxing area to enjoy your 55in smart TV. The mini kitchen features an induction stovetop, microwave toaster oven. The studio has a walk-in shower and washer and dryer. Although we are pup friendly there is a limit of 1 dog. We can't accommodate cats. Large yard but it is not fenced.

Cozy, family friendly Chalet in the beautiful South Fork Valley of Eagle River. If you are looking for a 5-Star Hotel, this place is not for you. What we do offer is a serene and peaceful home in the mountains with a rugged natural landscape, and occasional visits from bear and moose. All the comforts of home while visiting the city. Lots of extras in the kitchen and some breakfast items provided including bagels, waffles, eggs, and sometimes fruit. Backyard is fully fenced. Some games, toys, writing stuff & books. There are two bedrooms with three beds. The walk-in closet has 2 extra twin mattress you can set up on the floor. Total: 1 queen bed and 4 twin bed/mattress on floor (5). Home is located on a busy road.

Great place for Alaskans to stay while in town Christmas shopping. My place is in Downtown Anchorage with views of inlet; restaurants, art galleries 1-2 blocks; it is newly constructed and near walking trails. It is a good landing spot for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. It is 1 of 2 of the main floor of a 4 unit building.
