The home is in a great location close to Winthrop Center and Wayne (10 mins to local grocery store/ farmers market) 30 mins to Augusta/airport. This place was renovated by my family and I in 2022 with a brand new wooden deck and stairs leading down to the water in 2023. A full sized bed and the bathroom has a shower and tub. We love to cook so there’s a sprawling kitchen counter and full kitchen with a grill outside on the back deck. Surround yourself with greenery and water and settle in for a cozy visit.
