Beautiful single-family house in country house style from the 50s with wonderful privacy is located in the middle of the idyllic village of Anif (approx. 6 km from the city of Salzburg). The house with spacious rooms and the charming garden scores with numerous extras that make a stay unforgettable: including a sauna in the basement to relax, a magical swimming pond that invites you to swim between May and September, the delightful bathhouse and a lovely glazed veranda with a large dining table.

In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Das Sofa wird schnell zu einem gemütlichen Bett. Highlight ist die Whirlpool-Wanne im Bad, sowie der Pool im Garten. Schöne gepflegte Wohnung mit alten Parkettböden im Erdgeschoss eines Hauses aus dem Jahr 1938. Die Wohnung besteht aus Schlafzimmer (Bett 180 cm), Wohnzimmer, Bad und Garderobe. Eine gemütliche Laube steht dir vor deiner Eingangstüre zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist so eingerichtet wie ich es selber gerne habe wenn ich Gast bin: In der Garderobe ist Platz für zwei große Koffer, es gibt viele Möglichkeiten Sachen aufzuhängen. Die Atmosphäre ist bunt, individuell und verspielt.

We are renting a Garconniere in a private house in Salzburg/Gneis with a kitchenette and bathroom. It is situated in the basement of the house. The house has a nice garden, there is also a place for our guests. The bus nr. 5 is 5 minutes walk away and leads directly into town (12 min) or the train station (23 min). Parking on the street is for free.From here you visit the famous Salzkammergut lakes,St.Wolfgang and Hallstatt in daily tours.
