This country suite is located on a beautiful property right outside city limits. Comfortable queen bed, full-size sofa bed, desk, tv, mini fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Everything you need for your stay! The room is attached to a shop about 1 acre from our main house. Shop area isn’t used much, but if needed during your stay, you will be notified prior to use. Van Alstyne is a quaint small town with vintage shops and restaurants. Come enjoy our little slice of heaven!

One-bedroom guesthouse with a private entrance, full kitchen, pantry, bathroom, and laundry room. The bedroom features a king-size Tempur-Pedic mattress, desk, TV, and spacious closet. A pack ’n play and twin mattress are available for added flexibility. Enjoy our shared breezeway porch with an outdoor fireplace and peaceful views into our wooded 12-acre backyard. Blue Ridge Texas Ranch Escape

Our tiny space features remote entry and your own porch for sitting and enjoying the sunset. Approximately 550 sq. feet with many amenities. The queen size bed is a murphy bed and can be folded up to give you more space. There is also a fold out bed, all linens provided. This type bed is best for a child, teen, or small adult. We have alpaca, emu, goats, chickens, ducks, turkeys, dogs, & cats. The space has a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, crockpot, blender, sink, dishes.
