The cottage is ideal for couples, families and friends any time of the year. Northam with it’s shops, fish & chips, Chinese take away, pub and restaurant, is a great base to explore the wonderful North Devon Coast.

Saunton Sands beach is only a 15 minute drive with its three and half miles of golden sands and surf.

The open-plan layout includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a snug living room with a woodburner. Upstairs, a cozy bedroom and ensuite shower await. The annex, next to the hosts' home, provides flexible arrival with a lock box and access key. Your perfect escape awaits in this idyllic village setting.

Kick back and relax in this light and breezy sanctuary ideal for adults on the edge of Braunton, with its variety of stylish shops, bars and restaurants and 2 easy miles from the fabulous stretch of Saunton Sands. We hope its a perfect place to rest those sandy feet and unwind after a full day of sea air.
