This peaceful, cozy country getaway is just outside of Fayetteville. It is just minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, and gas stations. The kitchenette features a microwave, full size refrigerator, and plates/bowls/utensils. This getaway also includes a fire pit and a covered patio so you can spend time outside enjoying nature and may occasionally see some Arkansas wildlife. The barn sits on the same property as our house but the barn is private to you as is the yard in front of the barn.

Hale Homestead Barn in Russellville, Arkansas

Located in London, Arkansas, on Highway 64, adjacent to I-40, the Hale Homestead Barn sits on a family-owned and operated 9.25-acre farm in the Arkansas River Valley. Located 1.25 miles off I-40 Exit 78, the Barn is ten minutes from downtown Russellville and one mile from Arkansas Nuclear One and Lake Dardanelle access. The Guest Barn is a newly renovated two-story barn that can accommodate up to five guests (one king-size bed and three twin beds) and features a large gravel parking lot.

Covered parking. 6 miles to AMP, close Beaver Lake, Lake Atalanta, bike trails, restaurants, museums, airport, & shopping. fenced yard w/ private outdoor space which includes a firepit. 500 square foot Cabin, that feels secluded but is in an old neighborhood right off the main road that takes you downtown & shares the property with a separate rentable house and apartment (100 feet from the Cabin). Parking is limited and shared with other guests. Very narrow spiral staircase (2 feet). 200lb weight limit on hammock chairs. We recommend purchasing Travel Insurance, especially in the winter months. No Locals.
