A separate laundry facility with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and clothes rack is adjacent to the powder room. Undercover parking for one (1) vehicle is available within the building and is included in the tariff. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 2.1m. Additional car parks are available subject to availability. We provide two sets (2) of apartment keys and one (1) security car park remote. High speed cable internet provided.
