Lovely Beach House at Greatstone, Dungeness, Kent

This beautiful beach house sits right by the sea with direct access to the enormous sandy beach and dunes. A great space to spread and out and relax with family and friends, it is stylishly furnished and decorated, and well equipped with everything you need! It is our family holiday house, so is comfortable and welcoming - a perfect spot for anyone who wants to getaway in a really special home from home! We can often be flexible on check-in and out times to make the most of your time by the sea!

The cabin has a comfortable double bed, smart TV, Wardrobe, breakfast bar/laptop work station, several USB points, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, sink/drainer with hot & cold water A chemical toilet is provided in the cabin for night use. There’s a private toilet & a wonderful hot shower both outside (as per photos) for guest’s use. The front decked veranda adjoins an outdoor kitchen with 2 ring gas hob & brick built BBQ overlooking a large garden that has a lovely view of the sea/sunset.

If you're searching for a quintessential country cottage with modern luxury trappings, then The Old Piggery is perfect. A warm and inviting bijou space, the property sleeps two but still feels roomy with a mix of rustic, modern and mid century furniture. If you can pull yourselves away from your woodland hideaway, the lovely village of East Hoathly isn’t far, with a cozy café, village shop, and friendly local pub to explore.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

Welcome to our beautiful houseboat, a romantic retreat for two floating on our peaceful one-acre lake in East Hoathly. Relax by the cosy log burner, cook in the fully fitted kitchen, and wake in a lake-view bedroom where nature’s magic surrounds you. Step outside to gentle ripples and wildlife, or visit East Hoathly with its village pub, café, and shop just minutes away when you can pull yourselves away.

The Hopper Hut; cosy and comfy, EV charging point

The Hopper Hut has been named for the history of our home which was once a hop farm. We live in the oast building on the same site. You have quiet surroundings with views of the garden and pond, and comfortable accommodation in all seasons. Your king sized bed was hand made in England using natural wool and cotton for a comfortable night's sleep. At extra cost you can also use the EV charger.
