Welcome to Ola Verde, a unique, cozy and centrally located condo overlooking 180 degree water views of Banks Channel and Greenville Sound on the north side of Harbor Island in Wrightsville Beach. The views simply can't be beat along with the relaxing shady porch and proximity to local shops and restaurants. This is a relatively secluded location in a private neighborhood intended for getting back to nature. *Please note that the neighborhood was flooded in hurricane Florence last October so some of the homes are currently under renovation.

Just under a mile from Old River Farms wedding venue, 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and just a little more to Wrightsville Beach. The house sleeps 10 adults or up to 12 with kids.
