The old beams across the ceiling and huge pine floor boards make this room extra special, not to mention the propane fireplace & stunning views of The Machias River! Antique decor with a touch of Maine in the room help to capture that 1830’s farmhouse vibe. The room is stocked with coffee, linens, & soaps, along with a tray of goodies ready for your arrival! Welcome Nubian Nook @ Groovy Goat Farm Co in beautiful Ingonish. This compact private room has everything you'll need for a comfortable stay, including a private bath and kitchenette. It is situated on the second story of our brand new soap shop and gelateria. This unit is the only one that offers a unique, private kids nook with a half-size mattress and private tv. No kids? The nook is a great place to store some extra luggage! Please note this room only has a small window in the door.

Some sound may carry—no complaints so far, but please don’t book if noise may be an issue. Quite, clean, and the best price in town. These rooms tend to be on the smaller size, and do have SMALL bathrooms. If you are looking for a larger space, look for our Suite Airbnb listing, or book direct though the hotel.

This small, first floor waterfront room is in our historic Main House Inn, and has a large picture window facing the harbor and mountains of Mount Desert Island! Perfect for those who will be spending more time hiking and on the beach It has a queen bed with a private bathroom with tub/shower combination. No A/C, fans provided.
