All the second floor is for the gests (55m²) : you can live in a place almost independant ... including 1 room with one double bed (or 2 individual beds) and private bathroom, and 1 artist studio transormed into livingroom with one bed for another guest (+ 50€).The bathroom is shared. Breakfast is served downstairs, in the morning at the requested time and is included in the price of the room. The hosts Erik and Dominique live on the second floor. Maman vivant avec mes 2 enfants et un petit chien très gentil, je loue une chambre de 9 m2. La chambre est composée d’un lit convertible de 1 à 2 personnes, d’un bureau et d’une étagère. Vous aurez accès à la salle d’eau, à la cuisine, au séjour et au jardin. Les draps et les serviettes sont fournis. Le thé et le café sont à disposition. Ma maison se situe dans une résidence clôturée , à 5 minutes à pied de l’arrêt de bus en centre-ville.
