Eastmost Cottage is in a wonderful position on the edge of the historic village of Falkland. It's a short walk from the fine Renaissance Falkland Palace, the heart of the medieval village with its independent shops, cafes restaurants and pub. There is great walking in the Lomond hills, accessible on foot. The wonderful Covenanter has great food all day; the Hayloft and Pillars of Hercules are lovely cafes. The Stag is a lovely bistro (our fav). Fine dining at the Boar's Head in Auchtermuchty.

Equally beautiful in all seasons especially winter being so very cozy, it is fully heated with lots of hot water for the freestanding bath for two. With all the amenities of a 5 star bedroom, a large freestanding bath on the second floor with a small balcony with views to the stunning countryside it does indeed feel like a fairytale just remember to bring your favourite bubbles...

Dating back to the 1700s, this tiny house had sat empty for over 50 years until George (Heather's son) invested his life savings to completely renovate it to a high standard, while retaining the original character of the building. Originally built in 1852 The Carthouse was originally a working building which formed part of the historic Woodmill Mains steading. This 2 bedroom apartment is the beautifully converted former Great Hall of Dollarbeg Castle. Built in 1890, Dollarbeg Castle was the last gothic baronial style building of its type ever built.
