Quiet and Fresh Private Space in Epsom

This guesthouse is located on the ground level of our house with separate entrance. There is a private lounge, bathroom and bedroom. It was newly built with heat pump / air conditioner during our house renovation. We are in a very central location - 10 minute drive from Auckland CBD and about 10 minute walk to Mt Eden Village and Auckland University Epsom. Here, there are plenty of lovely restaurants and cafes, as well as the main bus route from Mt Eden Village to the airport and the city.

The space is a converted garage attached to the house with a private entrance, with a small ensuite bathroom. Free onsite parking is available for one car outside the room. The room has a comfortable double bed, and a small fridge with tea & coffee making facilities.
