All'esterno vi sono molti spazi per leggere o mangiare, una stupenda terrazza con chaise longue, un patio con tavolo e sedie ed un giardinetto con poltrone.

Ideal für einen Urlaub mit einer kleinen Gruppe von Freunden oder Familie, insgesamt stehen 12 Schlafplätze zur Verfügung. Die Rustici liegen ruhig, dennoch ist die Verzasca nur wenige Schritte entfernt und lädt zu einem kühlenden Bad ein. Bushaltestelle & 2 Parkplätze sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Ubicato in un edificio da poco ristrutturato dal punto di vista ambientale, ovvero l’acqua calda e il riscaldamento sono generati da una termopompa. L’energia elettrica è fornita dai pannelli fotovoltaici installati sul tetto dell’edificio. L’appartamento risulta confortevole, arredato con stile moderno, situato al pianterreno di una casa bifamiliare che si affaccia sulla strada che conduce in Valle Verzasca. Approfittando della terrazza si può godere di una bellissima vista sul Lago Maggiore.

Minimo un adulto di 27 anni. Ci sono 3 case (totale 15/17 letti.)in gennaio la temperatura in casa è di max 16 gradi Lenzuola e asciugamani 25.-chfr per persona. prenotazioni inferiori ad una settimana sono accettate solo nel mese precedente alla data della vacanza. Ein mini-kleines Studio, dass auf kleinstem Raum alles hat um glücklich zu sein. Wer unabhängig seine Tessin Ferien günstig verbringen will ist hier richtig. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um das Tessin zu entdecken. Der Lago Maggiore zu Füssen, die Täler und die Zentren ( Locarno, Bellinzona und Lugano) auch mit ÖV gut erreichbar. Sowie auch die Märkte in Italien mit Auto oder ÖV gut erreichbar sind. Im Winter und während der kühlen Jahreszeit, empfehle ich das Studio nur für eine Person!

Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Casa Müsu, grazioso rustico in Val Verzasca

Casa Müsu è un grazioso piccolo rustico completamente rinnovato. Si trova ai piedi del pizzo Vogorno, a metà strada tra Locarno e le pozze della Verzasca a Lavertezzo e Brione. La prima camera è al secondo piano del corpo principale: ha un letto matrimoniale. La seconda è a dieci metri da Casa Müsu: vi si accede con una scala esterna coperta e ha un letto matrimoniale (come in foto) o due letti singoli. Si può aggiungere un terzo lettino. Casa Müsu ha un posto auto privato.
