A booking of 3+ guests is required to open the cabin to cover costs. Good access to to public transport, town centre and the outdoors. Located in a quiet neighbourhood with off road parking. Big garden getting the sun most of the day.

Perfect for a short break at any time of year, the apartment is located in Boat of Garten, a village with a vibrant community an excellent restaurant and coffee shop and a pub 1 minute's walk away. Close to Aviemore, the outdoor capital of the UK.

The flat is located within the main house with shared access but otherwise fully independent with a separate staircase. The house is Edwardian, built in 1913, and retains its original features. West Terrace is a cul-de-sac leading towards the popular Creag Bheag summit. The flat is light and airy with a good wi-fi connection. Please note there is no TV.
