This property is located on Ox Lake which is private. The property has 16 acres. It is a short six block walk to Manhattan Beach Lodge for dining.

Fully stocked kitchen with plates, pans, silverware and assorted small electrics as well as microwave, pizza oven, and stove and full size fridge. Living space includes table, couch, and chairs for seating. New mini split.

If you're a biker, we are 2 miles from the Paul Bunyan trail and 45 minutes from the Cuyuna Lakes MTB Trails. We allow 1 well-trained pet under 40lbs with approval.

The River Lodge sits on a peaceful 5 acres on the banks of the Mississippi River featuring three levels with 7 bedrooms plus additional sleeping areas in the loft and game room, making it possible to fit up to 22 guests. Our cabin has a unique history that it was used in a 1960's beer commercial when it sat on Round lake in Nisswa MN. We have relocated it to our property. Great place to unwind and enjoy peace and quite after taking in the great amenities minutes from the cabin. We sit along the Snowway 1 snowmobile trail and public lands for hunting and recreation.
