Reconnect with nature at this funky unforgettable escape. This is a stand alone 10x12 A frame structure next to small main house. The restroom and shower are outdoor but private. There is hot water in shower. Large outdoor shower room with rain and regular shower heads. Ac in room is super cold. Queen bed with foam mattress Owner lives full time on property for any needs. Enjoy a relaxing stay at this centrally-located property 1.5 miles from the ferry terminal. You'll find groceries, gas stations, food trucks and Avis within easy walking distance. The apartment is on the upper level of a two story building with a secure private entrance. Two balconies are on either side of the apartment. The creek on the east side offers a lush green backdrop, and the breeze makes the balcony the perfect spot for recharging. This is not a resort area, but a true local barrio!
