The cottage is in close proximity to the bike trail, the National Seashore, shopping and antiquing.

Our home is completely renovated and an uncluttered sanctuary. The main floor has a fully equipped kitchen, full bath, 2 bedrooms and living/dining space. The lower level has a bedroom, 1/2 bath, and sitting room with a TV. From this space you walk out to our private yard which has an outdoor shower, fire pit and dining table and chairs. We are a 5 minute walk to private Manomet Beach which sits on a spectacular bluff.

From the house it's about a half-mile walk to the town beach and downtown, 1-mile walk / short bike ride to Tashmoo beach.
