Nestled within the South Downs National Park this medieval village has independent and quirky shops, with lots of choices of where to eat & drink. Fabulous walks incl. the Downs, riverside, and nearby the sea, forest & vineyard. In the winter there is a log burner, in the summer a sunny walled garden. A permit is available for parking close by.

Beachy Barn

With wonderful views over the South Downs, this beautiful flint and oak cottage sleeps 6 people in one double room, one single room and one triple room. There are two bathrooms, a downstairs utility room with WC and large open plan kitchen with an extendable dining table. From the kitchen there are three steps down to a comfortable seating area with French doors leading onto a terrace and garden. Dogs are welcome and will receive their own welcome basket, but there is a £45 surcharge per pet.
