This lakefront property has ample outdoor space for entertaining around the fire pit or catching the spectacular sunrises. Just steps away from the house fish or secure your boat to the dock. King suite complete with a gaming area, ping pong table and adjacent bunkroom. The adjacent bathhouse offers an additional shower and restrooms. The lawn has a large playground, room for yard games and parking.

Located on a 2 acre peninsula on Pine Island, this 450 sf treehouse is surrounded by 1400 feet of Cross Lake. Beautiful open water and cypress tree views epitomize Louisiana lake living. The treehouse has an open concept living area with a queen bed, claw foot tub and equipped kitchenette, with countertop oven/toaster, microwave, coffee pot, electric skillet, refrigerator and sink. It accommodates two adults, no children or pets. Two night minimum stay, no exceptions.

4 Bed 2.5 Bath Luxury Colonial Cottage on The Pond

Picturesque Estate located just minutes from Cypress Black Bayou in Benton, Louisiana. Your perfect retreat for a quiet weekend, or a time of celebration. Off the beaten path, but still in closed proximity to countless wedding venues, shopping, dining and all the excitement Shreveport-Bossier has to offer. Plenty of parking for boats, RVs and the like. The pond offers a serene view from the covered back porch, and even light fishing for the outdoorsman.

The Blue House on Cross Lake

This cottage was built circa 1926 on Cross Lake as the home for Lonnie Erwin who owned a catfish restaurant next to his home. Back in the day it was popular to drive up from Shreveport if they caught enough catfish to serve. The restaurant closed in the mid 1940s and it and the cottage fell into disrepair. We renovated the cottage and restaurant (also on Airbnb as The Red House on Cross Lake) and brought them up to date.
