Central heating, double glazing, neutral decoration, plenty of natural light. Wireless broadband. Private patio and parking for one car. Please note - the kitchenette does not provide for cooking, only microwave re-heating.

Parking is to the front of the property, if this is limited then there is a free car park in the village 300m away.

Standing in its own private garden with stunning views across the river Severn into Wales, friendly sheep are your neighbours. Easy access to local market towns of Thornbury and Wotton-under-Edge, as well as to Bristol and Bath. The barn is next door to our home but entirely self-contained and private with parking for two cars.

The Garden Room

Surrounded by beautiful countryside the Garden Room was converted in 2017 into a cosy, away from it all, self-contained annex. We live next to the property separated by a patio. There is an undercover seating area with a small garden in front. There are three public footpaths crossing the property which enables you to reach the banks of the River Severn without using the road and is also situated on the Gloucester to Bristol National Cycle Route number 41.
