The Ledges studio is an architectural gem with exposed beamed ceilings, a cozy fireplace for chilly evenings, and a modern fully equipped kitchen. The studio has its own private, large upper deck for entertaining or relaxing where the sunsets are just stupendous!!! Airport pick-ups and island tours can be arranged through your host.

Swim, snorkel, or kayak directly from the property over to a sandy beach, with optional garden path access when the beach gate is open. Relax on the porch, observing sea birds and marine life up close. Explore the property’s coastal gardens. Hike the railway trail, located next to the property. Dine at the restaurants in Flatts village, a 5-minute walk down the road.

Cottage is a lovely 1 bedroom apartment with full kitchen, bathroom and living / dining room as well as a private patio area. Nearest beach is a 5-10 minute walk and the bus stop a similar distance. 2 restaurants are within walking distance (The Reefs and Henry VIII).
