An open plan style living/dining room bespoke dining table. Oak staircase to the first floor landing, master bedroom with king size bed, velvet padded headboard , a large round window has incredible views, true luxury. A seperate contemporary bathroom room, with a shower over bath, washbasin, wc and a heated towel rail.

Surrounded by fields, yet close to Leominster and Ludlow and within easy reach of Hay on Wye, it is the perfect base to explore from. The small town of Cleobury Mortimer is just 5 minutes away whilst the lovely riverside town of Tenbury Wells is a 10 minute drive. Historic Ludlow lies 12 miles away, a glorious trip over Clee Hill with stunning views. The annexe has its own private garden and terrace with wonderful views in every direction.

Fantastic walking around ludlow and a short drive away from the spectacular long mynd. Ludlow hosts many festivals throughout the year including the food, beer and fringe.
