Welcome to your home away from home in Bibra Lake. Our stylish and comfortable retreat is the perfect base whether you're visiting Perth for leisure, business or a family getaway. With 5 spacious bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms, a home theater, 2 additional TV areas and a swimming pool, there's plenty of space for all the family. A short walk to Bibra Lake and other Perth attractions including Adventure World, Cockburn Ice Arena and Outtabounds golf centre, there is plenty to enjoy.

Peaceful, self contained unit

This unit is comfortable, air conditioned & fully self contained, private deck & garden. Car park is at the front of the property. Your unit is down a slightly sloped parking area and through a gate. 10 min drive to South Beach, 10 min to Fremantle, 13 mins to Murdoch University and to Fiona Stanley Hospital. Bus route to the city (via the train station) is a couple of minute's walk away. NB booking requests for stays over 6 weeks will incur a reasonable extra cleaning charge.

This beautifully presented annexe is a fully self-contained unit. It comes with a full kitchen, laundry with washer dryer, spacious bedroom, large walk-in shower, split system air-conditioning, wifi, great security, serene setting and a great outlook. This annex is close to public transport, Jandakot airport, Fiona Stanley hospital, shopping centres and ARC sports centre. We have free parking available in our drive. Enjoy complete privacy in our cozy guest house, nestled in a convenient location in the heart of Murdoch. 5 min walk to Murdoch University (via underpass). 5 min drive to the local grocery store and cafes. 10 minute bus ride to Murdoch Station. 15 min bus ride to Fiona Stanley Hospital. My husband and I live on the property at the back of the house, however your space is in a separate section at the front of the house, offering complete privacy and comfort.
