The max sleeping capacity is 24 pax. The basic rate covers up to 20 overnight guests (add’l P1000 per head per night for every guest in excess of 20, with allowed total maximum of 24 guests); infants excluded from headcount, and children 1-6yo stay for free but is included in the headcount.

Our place is located along the Lian-Calatagan highway which makes it accessible to the best beaches and attractions in Lian and Calatagan, Batangas. It has a spacious parking space in front and opens to a swimming pool and garden at the back. Our villa is fully air-conditioned and can sleep up to 15-20 pax. We have hot and cold shower, strong wi-fi connection, a fully equipped kitchen, a barbecue grill, a garden swing and a modern videoke. We arrange beach tours upon request by our guests.
