A charming, cosy self contained one bedroom cottage situated adjacent to our home & sharing the drive. The bedroom can be made up as a twin or s/king sized double, please tell us in advance which you’d prefer. (Last minute bookings with less than 48 hours notice will not have the option to request this, sorry). (Air bed for 3rd guest. ) Pets are welcome but there is no space to let them off the lead as the patio area isn’t enclosed so you will need to take them for a walk. Lockbox self check in.

Guests are welcome to relax around the house if they want to although there’s a large screen smart HD TV in the bedroom with a variety of Apps, as well as a desk and Dell screen. I'm out during the day, but home in the evenings/weekends. I'm a relaxed soul, happy to chill with guests or leave you to you own devices. Shared bathroom, off-road parking, easy walk in to town and Rugby's great pubs.
