The hot tub is located on the deck overlooking the beautiful Mountain View. We are just 20 minutes away from Bryson City and the Nantahala Outdoor Center, 10 minutes from Tsali Recreation, 25 minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park, Cherokee and The Blue Ridge Parkway. Sunshine Cottage (close to downtown Clayton, GA)

Visit North Georgia & the foothills of the Blueridge Mountains. Sunshine Cottage is like visiting your grandma's house. Plenty of books, games and a little of the past in this over 100-year-old home! Just a 14-minute walk, or 3-minute drive to downtown Clayton. Spend an evening on the screened in porch, play cards in the game room while listening to some music or enjoy breakfast with family in the kitchen. SO much to do in the area such as hiking, kayaking or shopping, or visit a winery.

Hike from the cabin to additional waterfalls, bike down Turkey Ridge Road to Opossum Creek Trail and the Five Falls or drive two miles to the Chattooga Belle Farm. The Extra House

We have a comfortable Extra House we call it. Extra cozy extra cute Extra House. The house is right on the Tallulah River in Towns County. There is fishing/swimming hole about 100 ' up river and a waterfall up a trail behind the Big House about a 30 minute hike up and back. Longer if you jump in the falls. Trout fishing out the door and 6 miles of fishing along the main road. We have a 250' zipline into a swiming pond or get off before the water. Lots of hiking trails and waterfalls.
