An almost entirely open plan house with a vast master bedroom upstairs and a bunk room downstairs, the house sleeps up to six, with a modern kitchen, wood fire, outside deck and large garden, set close by the Wombat State Forest. Suitable for children over five. Pet friendly. Blackwood 'Treetops' is also work friendly as the house has a large desk with landline and internet access. Lauri's Cottage - Secluded & Pet Friendly

Set on 5 acres of mainly native bushland, our cottage is a real retreat from the urban rat race. The cottage is well equipped with everything to make your stay enjoyable. We have central hydronic heating but the 2 large open fireplaces are a real feature of the cottage. We are regularly visited by kangaroos, kookaburras and other native wildlife. Fur kids are entirely welcome and we have a secure area with a large kennel if you want to leave them while you explore the delights of Daylesford.

The Container House and Sauna

The Container House and Sauna in Wombat State Forrest, Blackwood Victoria. Comprised of two fourty foot shipping containers, fitted out to create a unique and comfortable stay. With two bedrooms (1 queen and 1 bunk room) the house sleeps four comfortably. More beds may be available subject to availability. A seven minute walk to town, Blackwood Pub, Post Office Cafe, Blackwood Mineral Springs reserve, Lerdederg River and walking tracks. Warm yourself this winter with a relaxing hot sauna!

We are located in town, a short distance from Victoria Park and just a few minutes walk to beautiful Lake Daylesford, a good stroll in to the centre for shopping and food. The barn is positioned back on the property overlooking trees giving it a wonderful secluded feel. Please be aware that Foletti's Barn is not set up or safe for children or infants.
