A wonderful little miner’s cottage located in the village of Llanhilleth in Blaenau Gwent. It's just a couple of minutes off the A467 bypass (A467 is NOT 20mph from M4 J28). Great for visiting the local tourists attractions, such as the UNESCO Blaenavon World Heritage center, the Brecon Beacons, castles, roman ruins and St. Fagans. Fast road to the M4 if visiting the coast. Dogs are welcome. Free on street parking and the local valley train to Cardiff Central Station just 6 mins walk away.

Heads of the Valley is nearby & provides great access across South Wales. Cardiff is an hour away by train. We are a quiet retreat, ideal for walkers, young families or couples wanting a relaxing, peaceful break. Pets are welcome but there are additional charges. Please ask us in advance as we have our own dogs.

A fully renovated 3 bedroom house in the centre of Beaufort that also has retained some of the features from when it used to be a local pub “ The Rising Sun” in the 1950’s What’s around us? We are located on the edge of the Brecon Beacons national park and within traveling distance of the following. Bike Park Wales Pen-y-Fan , Sugar Loaf , Skirrid Big Pit We are also located a 4min drive to the train station.

It is just 20 minutes to the Beacons and nestled into one of the prettiest wooded hillsides in the area. The house itself is pleasant, warm and welcoming, providing everything you could need for your stay. The lower floor has oak floors, while the upper floor has toasty wool carpets for a cosy stay. Did we mention the view?

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. We can offer off road parking with the ease of bringing your furry friends. We are in the heart of the Clydach Gorge on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park. There is a village pub open 6 days a week offering food Friday’s and Saturday’s. The market towns of Crickhowell and Abergavenny are close by. The national cycle network local to us is 46 and are are close to Bike Park Wales, Big Pit Blaenavon, and the Clydach Ironworks.

There are many local walks, just over the fence can take you in all sorts of directions over the mountains and hills surrounding Cwmtillery, or just take a stroll down to Cwmtillery Lake. 20 mins from the M4 corridor, this is a great bolthole for visiting the surrounding area, or just staying to visit family or friends. The Cwtch is an annexe adjoining our self build stone bungalow that is surrounded by beautiful countryside, that is within easy access to The Brecon Beacons and World Heritage site Blaenavon etc. The property is well equipped, the property is accessed through the light and airy conservatory adjoining the kitchen. Your personal space will include conservatory, kitchen, lounge, bedroom and en-suite. Please to aware that there is a shared space where the laundry area is located.
