Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. 15 minutes to Allen Premium Outlet. 15 minutes to Super Walmart. 10 minutes to 121/75 Highway. Quiet location but also closer to the local highway. Comfortably fit three adults or two adults with two children. Since we noticed few parties already. Please be aware that we don’t accept any parties. Maximum four people, five the most if you have children

Quiet, peaceful, and full of nature describe this adorable barndominium. Settled in the middle of a 27 acre homestead, it provides the "away from it all" feeling that everyone needs. Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

Our tiny space features remote entry and your own porch for sitting and enjoying the sunset. Approximately 550 sq. feet with many amenities. The queen size bed is a murphy bed and can be folded up to give you more space. There is also a fold out bed, all linens provided. This type bed is best for a child, teen, or small adult. We have alpaca, emu, goats, chickens, ducks, turkeys, dogs, & cats. The space has a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, crockpot, blender, sink, dishes.
