It is close to the Salisbury Airport (SBY), Salisbury University (SU), Perdue Stadium (Delmarva Shorebirds) and short drives to University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES), the beaches in Ocean City MD, Asseteauge Island, Md and some Delaware beaches too. Winterplace Equestrian Park is within 4 miles and Pemberton Historical Park is just across town. Price includes parking in the attached oversized 2 car garage.

We are a hobby farm with pygmy goats and free-range hens located along Beach Highway near Greenwood, Delaware, in the heart of the Mennonite Community (not to be confused with the Amish). Farmhouse located just minutes off of Route 13 in Princess Anne, MD. Enjoy a peaceful farm experience while staying in a charming farmhouse with lots of character. You can walk the grounds of the farm, including a trail through the woods, or take a swim in the pool. We do not offer horseback riding lessons but you can interact with the horses. We are minutes to shopping, groceries, restaurants, UMES, and a short ride to Chincoteague (32 miles) and Ocean City (40 miles).

Caramar Couples Retreat

This cute little first floor efficiency condo is ocean front for a perfect vacation to the beach. It’s an older building but has been partially renovated and updated. You can get to the beach by a very short walk through a private walkway from the condo building. The view from the private balcony is perfect and relaxing. WiFi provided upon check in- xfinity, Netflix, and internet. Indoor and outdoor dining areas and a full kitchen. Closet and dresser for storage use.

The Serenity House

Regenerate at the Serenity House! Second floor apartment; three spacious queen bedrooms with SmartTV, equipped kitchenette, work space with WiFi, mudroom and laundry on the first floor. Large yard with big mature shade trees nestled in a quiet neighborhood. One corgi and two cats live on the property. The pets are not allowed into the guest rooms. Continental breakfast served in the shared space. Private entrance, off street parking available.

We are a family who loves to travel and discover places of rest. Stella was designed with that in mind. She is approachable, comfortable and invites you to kick off your shoes and relax. She is walking distance to Salisbury University and close to many restaurants and stores.

Cattail's Branch

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Tiny house sits on Widow Hawkins Branch Creek and backs up to Johnson Wildlife Mtg Area. Great for bird watchers and nature lovers. Enjoy sitting by the fire pit or relaxing on spacious deck overlooking creek. Quiet and peaceful. Fully equipped kitchen, Queen bed, bathroom, pull out queen sofa bed with privacy wall to make 2rd bedroom. Close to beaches and town.

Wagon Wheel Cottage

Remodeled country farm house cottage that was built by our uncle in a quiet rural area surrounded by farm land. Other family members live all around us. It's located in the small town of Powellville, Md. It is 21 miles from Assateague, 20 miles from Ocean City, 12 miles from Berlin, 13 miles from Salisbury and 41 miles from Chincotegue VA. Sorry we do not allow pets as some guest have pet allergies.
