After, relax under one of the many mature Oak trees while the children play on the swings and jungle gyms across the street at the Kinderpark. New firepit added also!

This is a quaint garage compartment but is not located above the garage. Private entry, private access & deck. One Queen bed. Also includes coffee maker, microwave/air fryer/bake, toaster, WI-Fi, TV, YouTube TV approx. 70 channels incl. all network channels.

Perfectly situated 5 minutes to Comfort, 25 to Kerrville, 25 to Fredericksburg & 20 to Boerne: Great for taking advantage of all the dining, shopping and attractions in the hill country. Also an especially good location for bicyclists & motorcyclists. One small house-trained dog that remains leashed while outdoors is welcome.

The Riverwood - A Hill Country retreat!

The Riverwood cabin was built by the property owner (Oso), a direct descendant of Dr. Herff, an early settler to Boerne in the 1850's. The rustic, craftsman-built cabin sits on an 85 acre historic ranch and wildlife preserve, located just 2 miles from downtown Boerne Square. The cabin is a bit quirky, and definitely an experience, yet has all the comforts you will need for a relaxing stay with friends or family! Please read house rules before booking.
