This quiet and unique one bed apartment is a fantastic base to explore Edinburgh. Only 10 mins walk to the city centre with galleries, museums and shopping, also bus and train stations and of course Edinburgh Castle, not to mention a five minute walk to The Edinburgh Playhouse. Pilrig is also well placed for visiting nearby Leith, with the Royal Yacht Britannia and some lovely restaurants. This main door apartment is very quiet and offers extremely comfortable accommodation. There is a spacious newly renovated bathroom including a bath and shower. The kitchen/living/dining is compact but fully equipped including a washing machine. There is also a private outside decking area to enjoy. The apartment has a private parking space directly outside, and we are also only a one minute walk to the bus stop where you can catch a bus to anywhere in the city. Free Wifi and a Smart TV with freeview are also inlcuded. All towels and linen are supplied.

This is my lovely 2 bed apartment with an ideal location to take advantage of all the city has to offer. Beautiful one bedroom flat in Portobello, Edinburgh’s seaside town. Ideally located for a relaxed stay and long walks on the beach, Nicola and I have lived here for 10 years and think it’s the perfect place to stay in Edinburgh. Only a short bus or taxi ride into the heart of the city, Portobello is the best of both worlds. To get to the beach just walk under the bridge and straight down Brighton Place and Bath street. It’s a 7 min walk.
