Enjoy this private 1,050 sq ft 2BR/2BA lower-level suite on our secluded 1-acre hillside estate in San Marcos. Hosts live upstairs (the home pictured is sub divided entirely with no shared living spaces). The saltwater pool and spa are shared with the detached guest house 100 ft away, which can also be rented separately (inquire with hosts)
