Fresh air, no crowds, nice local trails. Local wineries and restaurants are tasty. Wifi is great. TV with Roku indoors; bluetooth speakers on the deck, and cows in the pasture. You may see “Roady” the resident Roadrunner, a huge brown owl, or if you are a bird enthusiast, many unusual species stop by for an occasional drink at the watering hole. Quiet grounds.
