Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This historic cabin built in 1920 was recently refurbished to its old charm with some modern upgrades for your comfort. The original owner of the Cabin was an author named Catherine Woods. She wrote the very first book on the history of Palomar Mountain; Teepee to Telescope. You'll find a copy in the cabin for a good read.Lots of natural light make this little cabin feel spacious, the windows throughout the cabin offer a beautiful forest view.

Cactus and Stars is a desert modern duplex close to town. The Property has great views of the mountains and stars, as well as a fun and relaxing yard. The residential neighborhood is one block from Christmas Circle and the restaurants and shops along Palm Canyon Rd, and is proximate to the new library and other services. Twin Oaks

Twin Oaks was built in 1921, it has been nicely remodeled along the way. The original flooring that came from wood milled locally is kept in most of the cabin. You get to be comfortable, and pretend to live like it is the roaring 1920's... in the mountains! This cabin can sleep 4 people: the master bedroom has a Cal king bed, and the sunroom has 2 twin beds... You can sleep an additional 2 in the loft queen bed. But this is only accessible for an additional fee ($25/night).

Even though the unit is on Borrego Springs Road and you may hear some street noise, typically between 8 pm-morning there are few cars on the streets in Borrego…
