Welcome to our self contained one bedroom annex complete with kitchen, shower room & living room. The bedroom & shower room are freshly decorated for 2026. Guests have a separate entrance which is separated by two doors from the main house. You are welcome to use the garden & bar-be-que and sit anywhere. We have a very friendly dog who generally stays away. We don’t charge extra cleaning fees to bump the price up, we just ask that you leave the annex tidy. Cot bed available to hire for £15

Perry's Roost is a perfect base for exploring this beautiful area, with easily accessible walks and picturesque local towns. Catley is a walkers/cyclists paradise, multiple footpaths and quiet lanes in all directions from the door . Well behaved dogs very welcome but restricted to ground floor. Bedroom sleeps 2, in either a super king bed or twin singles.

Upstairs is a generous bedroom with Super king or twin beds, and beautiful views of rolling countryside from a picture window. Outside is a patio and fire pit.

Right in the centre of Malvern, yet tucked away in it's own quiet and secluded grounds, with seating in our communal garden. No.8 is the perfect base for all that Malvern has to offer. You are 5 minutes walk to the Malvern Festival Theatre, Malvern Hills and the towns, bars, restaurants, and shops. The 3 Counties Showground is just 10 minutes drive, as is the Morgan Factory.

The Garden House is a lovely single room annex with independent access, en-suite bathroom and shower. Light, cosy, and simply furnished, set in the garden of a residential home near the centre of Gloucester, it's a quiet space to relax or work. Driveway parking available. A two-minute walk to the famous Kingsholm rugby stadium and food shops, ten minutes to city centre, bus and train stations, cathedral, Quays shopping outlet, restaurants and historic docks.
