It is a wonderful spot to relax and snuggle up next to the fire with your favorite book, beverage, or a special someone. The studio is very private with only the trees or maybe a visiting moose to see in. We are 30 min. to Ragged Mountain and Newfound Lake. We have a friendly dog and preapproved well-behaved pets are welcome. An all-wheel drive car is needed in winter.

Your temporary home at the foot of the Lakes Region and amongst many ski areas is an hour from the White Mountains, Boston, and New Hampshire’s beautiful seacoast. There are endless places to explore within a short driving distance, no matter the season. The cottage has its own entrance and parking across a large garden from our home. We are available or invisible, whichever you prefer. Come enjoy all that New Hampshire has to offer!

There are a few large windows allowing nature to be part of your experience indoors. In the cooler months bring firewood for the woodstove and sauna.Plenty of land for outdoor activities.

The Solo | A Private One-Bedroom Avaloch Suite

This comfortable private suite features one bedroom with a queen bed, a separate living room, and a spacious bathroom. The couch also folds out into a double bed, making the suite suitable for up to four guests. The efficiency kitchen includes a sink, mini-fridge, and microwave—perfect for storing drinks, preparing snacks, or reheating leftovers.
