'The Annexe' forms part of the main residence built on the old parade ground of Steyne Wood Battery. The Battery was built on the eastern coastline of the Isle of Wight and became a scheduled monument in 2015, being one of the best surviving Victorian Batteries and, as such, all the bomb proof shelters, ammunition stores, gun positions and defensive structures in the surrounding grounds remain intact. Welcome to Station Location! At the end of a quite bridal path, this property is a studio apartment that annexes our house. It contains a large super kingsize double bed or 3ft twin beds. It has a sofa, table and chairs, tv and plenty of storage in a large wardrobe. With an ensuite shower room and a kitchenette with all the essentials including a dishwasher. Parking available and pets are welcome!

Rosie & I let this stone built converted cart shed which is 200 years old. Paddock Cottage stands at the edge of our garden with open land behind. The accommodation is open plan 'studio style', with shower room. It is quiet and secluded and has a cosy wood burning stove. Off road easy parking and access. Well behaved dogs welcome, easy access to walkies.
