Le Pigeonnier is located very centrally to the heart of the beautiful village of Brantome en Périgord. It’s a two minute walk to the centre of the village yet is so tranquil and quiet located up a dead end lane. Guests have access to a pool located in the owner’s garden and it benefits from private parking. Whilst the property is attached to the owners house it has its own entrance and complete privacy. A pretty cottage set in a water mill, it is ideal for a couple, but can also accommodate a family of up to 4 people. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchenette, and use of the swimming pool during the summer months, and for the winter months we have a pellet stove in the main living area, and a radiator in the bedroom upstairs.
