A New England stopover 10+ min from the Atlantic Coast, restaurants, arts, shops, historical sites, and outdoor explores. Easily en route to MA, ME, VT +. One very small guest room for a solo traveller, separate entrance, private bath, forest facing yard, semi private deck, off road close-by parking, and trails to meander steps from your door. This weathered and lived in home has been in the family since built in 1908. Not too fancy, but clean, comfortable, and, yours for a stay?

This cozy apartment with hard wood floors is attached to main house where we live along with 2 other tenants. We offer a one bath cozy studio-efficiency apartment equipped with a kitchenette. It is only a 4-5 minute walk or a quicker bike ride to beautiful Wallis Sands State Beach. You can cook out on your grill or take a short drive to downtown Portsmouth.
