Welcome to “The Oasis Studio” our bijou little oasis in Broad Oak, Rye. The Oasis Studio is the perfect place to unwind and to take in the beauty of historic Rye and Camber Sands. We have created a tranquil and calm atmosphere to relax in. The Broad Oak Pub and The Red Lion are literally on our doorstep. The Cabin is hidden away, no passing traffic just the odd swooping bird or passing donkey, looking out onto paddocks and vineyards, for the ultimate stress free getaway, only the birds and trees for company. The cabin is fully functioning, has a fabulous log burning stove, set up for short or long stay, with a bespoke whisky shower tub, king size bed, wifi should you want it, fridge freezer, microwave and toaster, and towels. Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

Lantern Cottage Garden Studio is a picturesque studio with its own private entrance. Situated in the High Weald, Broadoak Brede is in an area of outstanding natural beauty, surrounded by stunning woodland and only four miles from the historic Cinque Port town of Rye. Just a short drive away are the spectacular beaches of Camber Sands, Winchelsea Beach and Hastings. Other places of interest nearby are Battle ( the 1066 battle field), Camber castle and the stunning Bodiam castle.

The Annex

A two bedroom self-contained cottage set in the East Sussex countryside, with views of the Fairlight Hall Estate and the English Channel. On a clear day you can see as far as Dungeness and the inter-lying beaches. Situated between the historic old fishing port of Hastings and the fortified hilltop town of Rye, on the A259. The Annex is next door to a family home within their established garden, to which guests have access. The nearest railway stations are Battle or Hastings.

This cosy little apartment has everything you need for a peaceful retreat in our beautiful little town of Battle. Situated in the High Street directly opposite the famous Battle Abbey you are perfectly placed to explore the town and surrounding area. The apartment is decorated with an appreciation of the architecture and history of the Abbey whilst including inspirations from the surrounding countryside.
